Unfortunately, most are not realizing the Need for underground Shelter, until environmental issues have stabilized AFTER the Major Earth Changes have subsided, and weather patterns, etc. have normalized
My Top Choices for this are the Habitus Building Systems with it’s Modular structures that go up with only 3 unskilled labor in 30 mins in cluding floors, are Blast proof, can be buried, R-42 insulation with the floor,and last 200 yrs, etc. AND can be moved just as quickly to other locations, expanded, ad infinitum. www.HabitusBuildingSystems.com
My 2nd choice is Cal-Earth Domes, extremely labor intensive though, and permanent in their placement, not moveable.
My 3rd Choice is the Monolitihic Domes, as this takes skilled labor thousands more dollars, specialized equipment and is not moveable.
NO Community should be built above ground as the Community WILL NOT SURVIVE~
