During the coming times of intense stress, emotional upheaval and the need for high physical output, I diet of only the highest nutrient density is required.

That diet is a primarily Plant-based diet with organic greens, and vegetables, as the best food supply.

This is now easily accomplished in ‘Grow Domes’ (-NOT Geodesic ones!!  Please see www.HabitusBuildingSystems.com) with a system that tricks the plants into three times the normal photosynthesis.   No large equipment is necessary, no pesticides needed, and a Basic Grow Dome will yield as much food as hundreds of acres.

When first in your Safe  Communities, the use of tin can foods packed in water will have already been stored, at least 1068 cans per person. in the community. Preferably green foods and beans, such as Black Beans, which are high in protein. They may be purchased in bulk wholesale as a group or co-operative, or collected from members of your community.Peanut Butter is  also a source of protein and needed fat to combat stress during these times.

Once in the settled in the Community, all tasks should be ready to prepare starting to grow from non-gmo seeds, in your  groups preferred system of choice, aquaponic, hydroponic, vertical garden, etc. By keeping the plants in Full Spectrum L.E.D. light, (which mimics Sunlight, and it’s qualities) 7.5 hrs then in the dark for 1/2 hour and repeated  over 24 hours (with a timer), the plant has 3 times the growth rate.  Lettuce from seed  yields full plants  in 18 days, ripe tomatoes in 38 days.

So you would start with your stored food in tin cans, 1 can per meal, 3 meals a day, until the 1st crops are ready, then utilize your crops throughout your time in your Safe Community.

There are many lists available on line for heirloom seeds and suggested plants and vegetables; from medicinal herbs to flowers and needed nutritional Vegetables and Leafy greens, even fruit trees.

Now their are tasty recipes for vegetarian and raw-vegetarian foods, as well.

I made a point for a few years to serve my guests Raw vegan full course meals, from soups, salads, entrees to desserts. They did not know it was Raw Vegan until after the meal.  Not only did the meals look beautiful, they tasted great.  One guest was so impressed with the taste and health benefits, she later became a Raw Food Chef.

During a Raw Food diet over 2 and a half years for me, I noticed, tons of energy, healthy sleep patterns, a stronger immune system, NO hypoglycemia, and phenomenal weight loss and stability.

There are Spiritual Benefits as well to a Plant based diet.  Meditations are richer and deeper, intuition and psychic ability is heightened,  spiritual awareness is enhanced, and the body responds to the rapidly advancing vibration of the planet at this time.

Remember the changes the Planet is experiencing is ‘growth on all levels’, so to are humans, mentally, spiritually and physically with our vibration levels continuing to raise as well.  After these Major Changes, Earth and humankind that has survived, will be forever changed and evolved, for the better.
